[conda] pynetdicom3 fail install in conda

I can't install the package pynetdicom3 in my conda. i've used in cmd and
conda prompt pip, git, python setup.py install and copy and paste the
folder but nothing, please help me if you know a solution for this, thanks

I just did a google search for Pynetdicom3 and was found the GitHub site.
The directions are a little sparse (actually none), which I hate but when I
tried to install from my command line it looked ok.

Maybe knowing a little more about your system would be helpful.

BTW, I noticed when I loaded Anaconda on one of my systems it 'borked'
'f'ed up' my PATH. I had to go in and add all the possible Paths back into
my .profile. Do you have any problems with your path? Check that out just
in case.
