[conda] Conda Hanging on Solving Environment

Hello all,
I'm having a problem updating conda. When I try to update conda, it hangs
indefinitely. I've let it run for 2 hours before killing it. My
machine's internet connection is working and I can access these repos via
ping or by the browser. I'm not really sure how to debug so any advice
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
