[conda] SSL certificate verify failed

Hi all,

I am having severe troubles upgrading my Anaconda installation due to what
appears to be an ssl issue. The short story is that I just installed the
Windows 64bit Anaconda on a computer running Windows server 2008 R2
Enterprise.

With this fresh build I tried to do an conda update --all which results in
the following errors

This also happened on my personale computer where turning off the
ssl_verify helped (but probably shouldn't be done on this server). I tried
to update requests, but this didn't help.

Shouldn't this work of out the box?! Or am I missing something that I need
to setup?
