Hi everyone,

Our proxy needs authentication for downloading packages in Anaconda. I've
set the proper variables in .condarc as listed below.

channels:
- defaults

# Show channel URLs when displaying what is going to be downloaded and
# in 'conda list'. The default is False.
show_channel_urls: True
allow_other_channels: True

proxy_servers:
http: http://proxy.yourorg.org:port
https: http://proxy.yourorg.org:port

ssl_verify: False

When I try to install a package or an environment I keep getting errors:

(\\ <file://vfiler1/NetProg>networklocation
<file://vfiler1/NetProg$/Anaconda/envs> conda create -n tensorflow pip
python=3.5
