[conda] New Ansible module for Conda

Hi Guys,

I've created a PR to Ansible for a new Conda module for managing packages
https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/40455 which we have been using
internally at work and wish to contribute upstream. If there are any users
of Ansible and Conda I would appreciate any review/feedback.

If you are willing, it would be great to have a co-maintainer of the
module, particularly someone from the Conda project :)

I was a big ansible user as a DevOps lead before I started working on the
conda project. This has been on my TODO list for a *long* time. I’m
thrilled you beat me to it. Actually made my day.
Happy to look at it—once I’m done with my vacation. You might end up
getting more feedback than you ever wanted. Just fair warning :)
