I saw that as of Conda 4.4 a csh wrapper for activate has been included and
the release notes mention new recommended changes for activating the base
environment in your active shell (namely sourcing
${PREFIX}/conda/etc/profile.d/conda.(c)sh and using `conda activate ENV`
as opposed to `source activate ENV`).
The conda.io/docs page still references `source activate` in the managing
environments section. Is this just out of date documentation?
