I have downloaded and installed Anaconda on Windows 7 from the installer
Anaconda3-5.2.0-Windows-x86_64.exe.
I installed as a non-admin and the menu shortsut creation failed, but all
the pkg are there. Where is the correct conda tool located to start from
the command lien?
