[conda] conda 4.5.0 has a buggy xmllint

Hi there, I am using anaconda and this xmllint came installed by default,
so I don't know which "package" would contain it, but I need to get rid of
it so I can use the system xmllint, which is OK.

Of course I can simply delete this offending file, but I am wonder if is
there a conda-onic way of doing this.

Hi there, conda 4.5.0 has
xmllint: using libxml version 20904
which is not ok, it does not handle --schema option properly.
How can I remove it?
