[conda] pyvisa install forces downgraded packages?

I am trying to install pyvisa and did a " conda install -c conda-forge
pyvisa " as mentioned in https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pyvisa

but it tells me that a number of packages need to be downgraded. Am
I missing something?
